We all dream. Some people enjoy dreaming while some others are haunted by their dreams. Now here are some cool facts about Dreams. 

Did you know that blind people also dream. Their dreams won’t have images of other visionary senses as per the researches. They dreams usually involve other senses such as sound, smell, touch and emotion.

Most people forget 90 percent of the their dreams. If you think you just had an awesome dream, better you write it out at the moment you wake up from the sleep.

Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein was a brainchild of a dream.

The people who don’t dream are most probably the victims of some psychological disorder in most cases extreme disorders.

Studies have proved that we dream only the faces we have seen atleast once before.

In a survey 12% of the whole people said they only dream in black & white.

The modern day classic and block buster Twilight came to Stephenie Meyers in a dream.  According to March 2009′s Vogue magazine, Meyer “woke up with a dream reverberating in her head.”

The dreams speak in a deep symbolic language. The unconscious mind tries to compare your dream to something else, which is similar. Its like writing a poem and saying that a group of ants were like machines that never stop.

The most common emotion experienced in dreams is anxiety.

Smoking Quitters dreams more frequently than others. Among 293 smokers abstinent for between 1 and 4 weeks, 33% reported having at least 1 dream about smoking. In most dreams, subjects caught themselves smoking and felt strong negative emotions, such as panic and guilt.

Dreams about smoking were the result of tobacco withdrawal, as 97% of subjects did not have them while smoking.
